You are the anthroid crewmembers of FDNY Engine 65, dispatched to a blazing townhouse in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen. The fire is stubbornly resisting efforts to fight it, and there are 3 known people trapped inside the building: an elderly man, a young girl, and a human firefighter who attempted a rescue but is no longer responding to radio calls.
Your Captain’s orders: Get in there fast and get those people out!
This scenario uses zones in the following map to track Player Character movement.
Each PC automatically takes 2 Stress and 2 Fear upon entering the fiercely burning building.
The East wall is not on fire, and plugged into this wall is a functioning anthroid recharging station. PCs can use it if they want.
The stairs have a hidden weak spot. A Mark 3 Perception Check will reveal it, otherwise a PC stepping on it will fall through, taking 2d damage to a random Module. Once revealed, the weak area can be moved around and up/down the stairs.
